Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments
• Booking is by appointment only. Walk-ins are subject to availability, therefore it is advisable to book in advance to ensure your desired time slot.
• Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Payment is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session (see Rescheduling & Cancellations) if you find yourself needing to change your plans.
• Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to avoid any delays. Arriving early allows you to settle in and prepare for your session.
• Additional time beyond the booked slot will incur extra charges and must be paid before continuing with your session. Please be aware of your time to prevent any inconvenience.
• Lateness does not extend the booking time, so please plan your travel accordingly to arrive on time.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 3 days’ notice, subject to availability. We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate your new request.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will result in full payment being forfeited, as it does not allow us the opportunity to fill your spot with another client.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee, with no rescheduling option available. It is crucial to communicate if you cannot make your appointment.
• If the studio must cancel for unforeseen reasons, clients will be offered a reschedule or full refund, as your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
3. Studio Care & Conduct
• Clients are responsible for keeping the studio clean and returning all equipment and furniture to their original position after use. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a tidy space for all.
• Any damages to studio property, equipment, or furniture will be charged to the client. We trust you to handle our studio with care.
• Noise levels should be controlled to avoid disturbing other clients. We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience.
• The studio is a no-smoking space. This is to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for everyone.
• Clients must respect the time booked; extra time will be charged accordingly, so please plan your session wisely.
• Any additional guests beyond the agreed number may be denied entry or charged extra. Please inform us in advance if you wish to bring additional people along.
4. Prohibited Activities
• No open flames, smoke bombs, or hazardous materials are allowed in the studio. Safety is a priority for all our clients.
• Drug use, alcohol consumption, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Clients under the influence will be denied access to maintain a safe environment.
• Lewd, obscene, or sexually explicit content is not permitted in the studio. We strive to create a respectful and professional atmosphere.
• Professional cameras are not allowed for content creators unless booked under cinematography rates. We have special arrangements for different types of sessions.
By booking a session at Studio by Blackmoor, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in additional charges or termination of the session without a refund. Please ensure you understand and accept these guidelines before proceeding with your booking.
